RETURN POLICY 

 

FULL-PRICED items are eligible for a REFUND, EXCHANGE or ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE.

Returns must be within 30 DAYS of full priced item(s) being despatched for all Australian and International customers.

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit. 

SALE items or items purchased during a  a flash sale/promotional event are eligible for an EXCHANGE or ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE only.

Returns must be within 14 DAYS of sale item(s) being despatched for all Australian and International customers.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached. Please note items will be returned if your item(s) does not meet these requirements. Or a $10 AUD cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund if there are make up stains or perfume present on the garment.

MAYE does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item, unless you opt for a store credit note or exchange.

If using your own courier, we recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels. 

Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.


Full priced items 

All full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit within 30 days of despatching your order.  

Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order, i.e. credit card, paypal or credit note.

The shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded unless you wish to receive an store credit note instead of a full refund, you will receive a FREE SHIPPING LABEL. Your online credit note is issued in the form of an online gift card and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. It cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash.

Items purchased using an online store credit can only be returned for an online store credit (cannot be returned for a refund). Please note only one gift card can be used per transaction.

Please note the return shipping is charged at a flat fee of AUD $9 per return (or US $8 for our US customers), which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, opt for a store credit to receive a free return shipping label. 

 

Sale items 

Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE within 14 days of despatching your order.

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our 10% off sign up code) are considered sale items.

 
FINAL SALE items

All final or clearance salecannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

Final sale items will be marked clearly as "FINAL SALE" on the product page. These are items reduced more than 50% off.


10% off sign up code

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit. 

Welcome code only applies to full priced items over $100.


Faulty/damaged items 

We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect!

If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.


Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

 

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER

Just want to swap your order to another size or style? That’s absolutely okay! 

To lodge your exchange, please click HERE

If the new item costsless than your initial purchase then you can choose to receive a refund or a credit note of the remaining balance.

If the new item costsmore than your initial purchase then you can pay the difference in order to complete your exchange on our portal.

The shipping cost of returning an item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will cover the shipping cost to post the item back.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed back into the original method of payment that was used to make your purchase.

If your purchase was made using a credit note or Gift Card, the purchase amount will be applied onto a new Gift Card and cannot be reversed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account once your refund has been processed by our team.
