RETURN POLICY 

 

FULL-PRICED items are eligible for a REFUND, EXCHANGE or ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE.

Returns must be within 30 DAYS of full priced item(s) being dispatched for all Australian and International customers.

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund or online store credit. 

SALE items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are eligible for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE only. 

Returns must be within 7 DAYS of sale item(s) being dispatched for all Australian and International customers.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached. 

Garment to be neatly folded back into the clear packaging bag it came it before placing back in a suitable satchel to post back.

Please note items will be returned to you if your item(s) does not meet these requirements. Or a $15 AUD cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund if there are make up stains or perfume present on the garment.

For AU and US customers:

If you have opted in for 'shipping protection and free returns' at the check out during your initial purchase, your return label will be free. 

If you have NOT opted in for 'shipping protection and free returns', you will need to pay for the return label when you lodge your return. The cost of the return label with be calculated based on your location and the live freight rates.

For customers outside of AU and US:

Unfortunately as we are unable to provide a return label option, you will need to arrange the return shipping independently. If using your own courier, we recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels. 

 

Processing Time For Returns  

Once your return has arrived at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.   

 

Full priced items 

All full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit within 30 days of dispatching your order.  

Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order, i.e. credit card, PayPal or credit note.

Your online credit note is issued in the form of an online gift card and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. It cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash.

Items purchased using an online store credit can only be returned for an online store credit (cannot be returned for a refund). Please note only one gift card can be used per transaction.

 

Sale items 

Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a CREDIT NOTE within 7 days of dispatching your order.

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our 10% off sign up code) are considered sale items.

 
FINAL SALE items

All final or clearance salecannot be returned (refund, exchange or store credit) unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

Final sale items will be marked clearly as "FINAL SALE" on the product page. 


10% off sign up code

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit. 

Welcome code only applies to full priced items over $100.


Faulty/damaged items 

We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect!

If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.


Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed back into the original method of payment that was used to make your purchase.

If your purchase was made using a credit note or Gift Card, the purchase amount will be applied onto a new Gift Card and cannot be reversed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account once your refund has been processed by our team.
