MAYE offers FREE standard shipping on all AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC orders over $150. But shipping costs may vary outside of this. See the table here for more information on shipping costs. 

Delivery time is determined by where you live. A MAYE parcel can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days to arrive at your address. The following is a guide to estimated shipping times in Australia:

Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane: 1-5 business days

Adelaide, Darwin & Perth: 5-10 business days

Tasmania: 5-10 business days

Regional Centres: 5-10 business days

Remote locations: 5-10 business days

MAYE is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Currently we are shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan.

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees

ORDERS

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number from one of our shipping partners. 

Follow the directions on your confirmation email or notification to track your package.

For AUS customers, in the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.

We may be able to change or cancel your order provided that you notify us via email at hello@mayeandco.com.au within 2 hours of placing the order, and prior to the order being dispatched by the warehouse.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change or cancel the order. Customers will need to then wait until the order is received, before requesting a return from our returns department in accordance with our Return Policy.

If your order has been cancelled by MAYE, you will be immediately refunded and will receive an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation. 

Unfortunately, orders placed during busy sale/promo periods cannot be cancelled once placed.

RETURNS

FULL-PRICED items are eligible for a REFUND, EXCHANGE or ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE.

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit. 

Returns must be within 30 DAYS of item(s) being despatched for all Australian and International customers for full priced item/s.

SALE items or items purchased during a  a flash sale/promotional event are eligible for an EXCHANGE or ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE only.

Returns must be within 14 DAYS of item(s) being despatched for all Australian and International customers for sale priced item/s.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced.

Returns must be lodged in our return portal on our website within 30 days of full priced item(s) being despatched and 14 days for sale items.

After this period is up, all sales are final.

If the new item costs less than your initial purchase then you can choose to receive a refund or a credit note of the remaining balance.

If the new item costs more than your initial purchase then you can pay the difference in order to complete your exchange on our returns portal.

The shipping cost of returning an item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will cover the shipping cost to post the item back.

All sale items are eligible for an exchange or online store credit within 30 days of despatching your order.

Yes the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item/s back to MAYE.

In the case of a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded unless you wish to receive an store credit note instead of a full refund, you will receive a FREE SHIPPING LABEL. 

Your online credit note is issued in the form of an online gift card and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. It cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed back into the original method of payment that was used to make your purchase.

If your purchase was made using a credit note or Gift Card, the purchase amount will be applied onto a new Gift Card and cannot be reversed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account once your refund has been processed by our team.

OTHERS

Unfortunately, the checkout only allows for one discount code to be used per order. 


Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to add in your 10% member discount code.

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per purchase. This also applies to our gift cards.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to add in your promo code. We are also unable to apply a discount code to any order after it has been placed or provide a partial refund.

Remember, promo codes are not automatic and must be applied manually by the customer at the checkout page to be valid. 

If you obtain a discount code as part of our member sign-up promotion, through our social media channels or via our newsletter, simply copy and paste the code at the checkout page.

Please note, all discount codes have an expiry date - if the promotion has ended, your code will not be valid.

 

All credit notes will be issued as a Gift Card and sent to you via email. The email will contain a code that you can simply copy and paste at checkout to apply to your order. Your MAYE gift card code will remain valid for 3 years from the date of creation, or until the full amount is exhausted.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for your credit note to be processed (plus an additional 2 business days during busy sale periods).

 

Any order that presents a risk of fraud, may be held until your identity can be verified. To verify a payment's authenticity, we will ask for proof of identity (listed below). This process is to minimise credit card fraud and fraudulent activity.

If your order presents a risk of fraud, our team will require the following as proof of identity:

2 x versions of photo ID belonging to the owner of the card/payment method used to process the order (Ie. passport, driver's license, or state identification card).

A copy of the statement for the card/payment method used to process the order, showing the banks name, the cardholders name and address, and the last 4 digits for the card used.

Any personal information provided will be deleted once verified.
