ORDER DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is determined by where you live. A MAYE parcel can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days to arrive at your address. The following is a guide to estimated shipping times in Australia:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that you may be liable for import taxes and duties when your order reaches your delivery destination. For further information relating to import duties and taxes applicable in your country, please contact your local customs office. Your final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in country, the above delivery windows are targets, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, within this email there will be a link to track your shipment.
Shipping to Israel is currently on hold with our carriers. If you place an order to this country, your order will be dispatched when shipping resumes.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders will be dispatched within 24-48hrs of order being placed.
Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched by COB on the next business day.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
Please note if you have a preorder item in your order, the rest of the order will not be dispatched until the preorder item is available.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number from one of our shipping partners.
Follow the directions on your confirmation email or notification to track your package.
