ORDER DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is determined by where you live. A MAYE parcel can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days to arrive at your address. The following is a guide to estimated shipping times in Australia:

  • Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane: 1-5 business days
  • Adelaide, Darwin & Perth: 5-10 business days
  • Tasmania: 5-10 business days
  • Regional Centres: 5-10 business days
  • Remote locations: 5-10 business days

Live somewhere else in the world? Estimated shipping times are: 

  • New Zealand: 2-5 business days  
  • Asia : 3-10 business days 
  • US : 1-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that you may be liable for import taxes and duties when your order reaches reaches your delivery destination. For further information relating to import duties and taxes applicable in your country, please contact your local customs office.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express

Express shipping

Choosing express delivery with DHL offers the following free in flight delivery options for control, visibility and flexibility via SMS / eMail:

  • Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
  • Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
  • Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
  • Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
  • Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point: Hold for Collection.
  • Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days. 

End to end real time tracking and estimated delivery time is included.

We recommend using express during peak periods to avoid any delays during a busy period. 

Standard shipping

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, within this email there will be a link to track your shipment.

Your final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in country, the above delivery windows are targets, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

 

DESPATCH TIME

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of order being placed. 

Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched by COB on the next business day.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number from one of our shipping partners.

COLLECTING YOUR PARCEL

Your MAYE parcel will be delivered straight to your door. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.
