The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and any or all Agreements: "Customer", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s Terms and Conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to “MAYE”. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.

“Win 1 of 3 Apple iPads” – Terms & Conditions (Worldwide)

1) Promoter

2) Offer/Entry Period
Opens 6:00am Saturday 22 November 2025 AEDT / 12:00pm Friday 21 November 2025 PT and closes 12:00pm Monday 24 November 2025 AEDT / 6:00pm Sunday 23 November 2025 PT (“Offer Period”).

3) Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals aged 18+ or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher) who place a qualifying order during the Offer Period. Employees of the Promoter and associated agencies (and their immediate families) are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

4) How to Enter
Place an order on mayethelabel.com during the Offer Period that meets the minimum spend (see clause 5). Each completed qualifying order = one (1) entry. Multiple entries allowed (one per qualifying order). Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or made for resale are ineligible and will be void.

5) Minimum Spend & Exclusions

Minimum order value: A$250 (for orders charged in AUD) or US$160 (for orders charged in USD). For other currencies, the minimum is set by the site/currency at checkout and aligned to these thresholds.
Calculated on merchandise after discounts and before shipping, duties and taxes.
Gift cards, shipping, duties and taxes do not count towards the minimum.
Discount codes are /not permitted.

6) Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Apple iPad — model: iPad 11", A16 Wi-Fi 128GB; colour subject to availability. Approx. retail value per prize: AUD $587. Total prize pool value: A$587 total.

No cash alternative. Not transferable or exchangeable.
If the specified model is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.

7) Shipping, Duties & Taxes (Prizes)
Prizes will be shipped to the winners’ nominated addresses. Local import duties, taxes and customs fees (if any) are the winner’s responsibility. Any local adapter requirements/warranty limitations due to region are the winner’s responsibility.

8) Draw & Winner Notification
A random draw will occur at 2:00pm AEDT on Monday 24 November 2025 at MAYE HQ. The first three valid entries drawn will win (one prize per winner). Winners will be notified by email (and/or phone) within 2 business days and their first name/initial and city/country may be published on mayethelabel.com and/or MAYE social channels by Monday 24 November 2025.

9) Unclaimed Prizes / Redraw
If a prize is not accepted or claimed within 2 days of notification, or a winner is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur at 2:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at the same location. Redraw winner(s) will be notified within 2 business days and may be published as above.

10) Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, residency and qualifying purchase (e.g., order confirmation). The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these T&Cs. The Promoter may cancel or vary the promotion if fraud, technical failures or events beyond its reasonable control affect its integrity.

11) Returns & Order Changes
If an order used to enter is cancelled or fully refunded after the draw but before prize fulfilment, the Promoter may deem the associated entry invalid and award the prize to a redraw winner. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or non-excludable local consumer laws.

12) Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and award prizes and will be handled in accordance with MAYE’s Privacy Policy: https://mayeandco.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the transfer of their data to Australia and other countries for processing and to being contacted regarding the promotion. Marketing communications will only be sent if the entrant has opted in and can be unsubscribed at any time.

13) Liability
Nothing in these T&Cs limits any rights under the ACL or other non-excludable laws. Except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage or injury arising in connection with the promotion or prizes, including due to events beyond its reasonable control.

14) General
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If any part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without affecting any mandatory local consumer protections.

15) Local Laws & Permits
This is a free-entry trade promotion based on chance. Local rules may apply (e.g., registration/permit or bonding in some places). The promotion is void where prohibited.

Apple Inc. and its affiliates are not participants in or sponsors of this promotion. “Apple” and “iPad” are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

“MAYE AUD $1,000 Wardrobe + 30-Minute Virtual Styling Session” – Terms & Conditions (Worldwide)

1) Promoter

2) Offer/Entry Period
Starts Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at 09:00 AEDT / Monday, 17th November 2025 at 12:00 PT and ends Wednesday, 19th November at 12:00 AEDT / Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at 18:00 PT (“Offer Period”).

3) Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals aged 18+ or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher) who place a qualifying order on mayethelabel.com during the Offer Period. Employees of the Promoter and associated agencies (and their immediate families) are ineligible.
This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entries from such jurisdictions will not be accepted.

4) How to Enter
Make a purchase on mayethelabel.com during the Offer Period. Each completed order equals one (1) entry. Multiple entries permitted (one per order). Orders cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent, or made for resale are ineligible and will be void.

5) Prize
One (1) winner receives:

AUD$1,000 / USD $650 MAYE wardrobe credit (issued as a digital gift card or store credit; currency can be set to AUD$1,000 / USD $650 at Promoter’s discretion).
30-minute virtual styling session with a MAYE stylist via video call.
Total prize pool value: AUD $1,000 (styling session complimentary; no separate RRP).
Gift card/credit valid for 36 months from issue, not transferable or redeemable for cash, and not usable to purchase gift cards. Standard returns/exchange policies apply to purchases made with the prize.

7) International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Products purchased with the prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated address. Local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees (if any) are the winner’s responsibility.

8) Styling Session Terms
Session must be booked and completed within 60 days of winner notification. Conducted via Video Call / Meeting in English unless otherwise agreed. If the winner misses or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion. Recording is not permitted without prior written consent.

9) Draw & Winner Notification
A random draw will occur at 14:00 AEDT on Wednesday, 19th November 2025 at MAYE HQ. The first valid entry drawn wins. The winner will be notified by email (and/or phone) within 2 business days and their first name/initial and city/country may be published on mayethelabel.com and/or MAYE social channels by 19th November 2025.

Gift With Purchase – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer period

2. Eligibility & how it works

· Available on qualifying orders placed at mayethelabel.com during the offer period.

· To qualify, spend at least AUD$350 / USD $300

· One (1) gift per order/customer unless stated otherwise.

· Gift is auto-added at checkout. If the gift isn’t in the cart at checkout, we can’t apply it retrospectively.

· Employees, affiliates, and resellers/wholesale accounts are excluded.

3. Exclusions

· Excludes: gift cards, shipping, and duties/taxes.

· Not valid with other discount codes or offers unless we state otherwise.

· Rainchecks aren’t available.

4. Availability & substitutions

· Gift styles/colours are subject to availability.

· No cash alternatives. Gift cannot be exchanged or refunded separately.

5. Returns & exchanges

· Exchange or Store Credit only for purchases made during a sale period.

· Gift cannot be exchanged for store credit or refund.

· Faulty goods are handled under your statutory rights; returning a faulty paid item does not require returning the gift if your net spend would otherwise have qualified at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping, duties & taxes

· Qualifying spend is calculated on merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping, duties and taxes (unless we state otherwise).

· For international orders, thresholds may vary by currency: AUD$350 / USD$300. Currency is determined by your shipping destination/site selector.

7. Misuse & fair use

· We may cancel the offer or reject fulfilment in cases of suspected fraud, bulk purchasing for resale, or abuse (e.g., multiple accounts to obtain multiple gifts).

8. Warranty & condition of gift

· The gift is provided as a promotional item and is covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). No additional warranty applies beyond your statutory rights.

9. Changes to the offer

· We may amend or withdraw the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary (e.g., stock issues or system errors), provided this does not affect orders already placed.

10. Legal

· Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.

Currency
All prices displayed on our website are Australian Dollars.

Acceptance of order
Your receipt of an order confirmation from The Company does not signify our acceptance of your order, or confirmation of our offer to sell. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, without prior notice to the Customer. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without reason. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you upon cancellation of an order. All monies received for the cancelled order will be refunded via the payment method used.

Ownership + risk
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note: MAYE cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

Log files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
