Delivery time is determined by where you live. A MAYE parcel can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days to arrive at your address. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

ORDERS

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing a tracking number to track your parcel at any time.

For AU customers, in the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Customers will need to then wait until the order is received, then lodge a return on our portal in accordance with our Return Policy.

Preordering styles allows you to secure your spot on a popular product before it arrives.

We produce in small batches to maintain quality and reduce waste, so knowing which orders are confirmed allows us to stay sustainable and efficient.

A shipping confirmation will be sent via email when dispatched from our warehouse. Please note, orders with preorder styles will be dispatched together when all products are available.

RETURNS

FULL-PRICED items are eligible for a REFUND or ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE.

Full-priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund or online store credit. 

Returns must be within 30 DAYS of item(s) being dispatched for all customers purchasing full priced item/s.

SALE items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are eligible for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT NOTE only.

Returns must be within 14 DAYS of item(s) being dispatched for all customers purchasing sale priced item/s.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced.

All sale items are eligible for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT within 14 days of dispatching your order.

Yes the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning back to M A Y E.

In the case of a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Your online credit note is issued in the form of an online gift card and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. It cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed back into the original method of payment that was used to make your purchase.

If your purchase was made using a Credit Note or Gift Card, the purchase amount will be applied onto a new Gift Card and cannot be reversed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account once your refund has been processed by our team.

OTHER

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to add in your 10% member discount code.

Alternatively, this code does not expire, and can be used on your next purchase.

Discount codes are not combinable with any other offers, including Credit Notes and Gift Cards.

Currently, our Credit Notes are issued in AUD only. If you are located internationally, the amount will appear in AUD until checkout, where it will be converted to your local currency's current rate.


Any order that presents a risk of fraud, may be held until your identity can be verified. To verify a payment's authenticity, we will ask for proof of identity (listed below). This process is to minimise credit card fraud and fraudulent activity.

If your order presents a risk of fraud, our team will require the following as proof of identity:

2 x versions of photo ID belonging to the owner of the card/payment method used to process the order (Ie. passport, driver's license, or state identification card).

A copy of the statement for the card/payment method used to process the order, showing the banks name, the cardholders name and address, and the last 4 digits for the card used.

Any personal information provided will be deleted once verified.

All credit notes will be issued as an online Gift Card and sent to you via email. The email will contain a code that you can simply copy and paste at checkout to apply to your order.

Your M A Y E Gift Card code will remain valid for 3 years from the date of creation, or until the full amount is exhausted.

If opting for a Credit Note when returning an item, please allow up to 5 business days for your credit note to be processed after received at our warehouse.
